Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any and all disputes regarding this Agreement which cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days of the date the dispute arose, shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association at its Chicago, Illinois location. Any such arbitration will be conducted in accord with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the rules of evidence. Such arbitration will be conducted by a three person arbitration panel, and the arbitrators will issue their award in writing with findings. Judgement on awards rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Wrigley with respect to the use of www.drymouth.info and the Materials.
